How to thaw

The best way to defrost your albacore tuna loins is to put the frozen loin in the refrigerator until fully thawed. 

If you need to speed things up, follow these instructions:

1. Pierce vacuum-sealed package with a small hole.

2. Place the vacuum-sealed package in a ziploc or other sealable plastic bag.

3. Submerge in cold water until fully defrosted.

4. Cook immediately after thawing.
